My purchase didn't arrive.
Keep the game open with the internet on for a moment. Purchases are delivered automatically, also after a restart. If it is still missing, email us your order number and your cloud ID (Settings → Account).
I got a new phone or reinstalled the game.
Your progress is stored on our server. Moving it to a new phone is not automatic yet. Email us your cloud ID and we will help.
Can I play offline?
No. An internet connection is needed to save your progress and for the leaderboards.
How do I delete my data?
In the game: Settings → Delete all my data. You can also email us.
